Birk can provide Kapton® Heaters with lengths to 65” long (1,651 mm), temperature capability to 500°F (260ºC), cutouts, shaded watt density-flex circuits, sensors, temperature accumulators, multi-voltage circuits, intricate shapes. 

  

Birk offers silicone rubber heaters up to 35 inches (889mm) wide and unlimited in length, with thickness as thin as .020 inches (.5mm) in both resistance wire and etched foil. Voltages up to 750 volts and watt density to 30 watts per square inch.

Butyl heaters offer a waterproof heater that can be used in applications where silicone or Kapton® would not be adequate.  With no reinforcement fabric, butyl heaters will not wick in moisture.  Butyl heaters can be made up to 35 inches (889mm) wide with unlimited length.
